Tapnell Farm Park opens 10.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Sunday.

CAN I BUY A SEASON TICKET?
Yes, season tickets and annual passes are available. At the moment you can purchase these from the admissions desk – more info our Prices Page
WHAT DOES THE ENTRY PRICE INCLUDE?
Entrance is to the Farm Park, which includes our Play Barns and the animal park.
WHAT DO I DO IF I’VE LOST MY SEASON TICKET?
You will be able to speak to a member of the admissions team on your next visit who will allow you in if your details are on our database.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS?
Yes. There is no minimum payment required.
DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?
We do not currently sell Gift Vouchers for Tapnell Farm Park
DO CARERS HAVE TO PAY THE ENTRANCE FEE?
No, a carer can come in for free with a paying disabled customer.
DOES THE SITE HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?
Yes, there is disabled access to the Farm Park.
CAN WE HIRE A WHEELCHAIR ON SITE?
No, we do not currently have wheelchairs available.
DO WE HAVE TO PAY TO PARK?
No, car parking on site is free.
CAN THE COW CO. RESTAURANT AND GIFT SHOP BE ACCESSED FOR FREE?
CAN WE BRING A PICNIC?
Yes. We have outside picnic areas. Picnics cannot be taken in to the play barns, café or the Cow Co. restaurant.
CAN WE BRING DOGS?
No dogs, except Guide and Assistance Dogs, are allowed in to the Farm Park.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON SITE?
Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area, to the rear of the Farm Park café.
CAN WE GET TO YOU BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
There is currently no bus route which links up with Tapnell Farm. The nearest available service is The Needles Breezer bus service, which stops on Wilmingham Lane (opposite the 1970 Isle of Wight Festival Site) – this bus only operates from March to October. There is a taxi rank at Yarmouth Bus Station, next to the Wightlink Ferry, with bus links available to around the Island.
IS WIFI AVAILABLE ON SITE?
Yes. Please ask a member of staff for details.
I’M VISITING WITH MY BABY. WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE?
There are baby changing facilities around the park. There is a microwave in the play barn café for customer use to heat milk/food. Please ask a member of staff if you have any further requirements during your visit.
IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO KNOW IF I AM PREGNANT?
Pregnant women should avoid contact with new born lambs and goat kids, and like all other visitors, ensure that they wash their hands frequently with warm water and antibacterial soap. If you have any queries, please ask a member of staff.
CAN I DROP MY CHILDREN OFF AND PICK THEM UP LATER?
No, all children (16 years or under) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
CAN WE FEED THE ANIMALS?
There are opportunities to take part in supervised feeding sessions. We request that you do not feed the animals yourself.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT IN THE PLAY BARNS?
IS THE PLAY BARN OPEN/AT FULL CAPACITY?
At busy times the Play Barn may have to stop taking admissions temporarily if the safe capacity limits have been reached.
CAN WE LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE PARK?
Yes. You will be issued with a wristband on entrance.
IS THERE A LAST ENTRY TIME?
Recommended last entry time is 4pm
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS IN THE PLAY BARNS?
No, but there is a height restriction of 4’ 9” (145 cm) in the soft play area and 3’4” (103 cm) In the toddler area.
